Its a long focused task to collect and create whole subject resources, and the lack of wifi or pc internet (only payg android ayce data is cost effective) so maybe the library one hour a morning but that may mean the netbook which is slower processing wise.
Some consultancy or part time paid work would help, awaiting interview outcomes.
