Wasted hours waiting for 3sales and support with no satisfactory outcome and probs with phone help line folk who need more training

Email replies to add weblink requests have answers that they only work one day

Lots of resource downloads for phonic decodable books

12pm to 8pm and no real significant improvement while a change of mobile contract was hopefully going to bring savings. Years of paying excessive payments as a customer are not relevant and self employment doesnt give any positive input. Sigh.
