Following the advice published by unions and taking the 2.5 hours for 1 hours tuition calc and applying it to the ordinary pay scale (upper and lower) and the higher (upper and lower) provides the following based on a 39 week year and 35 hour week.
Based on the Gov Pay scales
/39 annual weeks /35 hour week
x recommended 2.5 for tuition allowing for planning resources (and possibly travel)
£22467 - £33160
lower = £41.15, higher = £60.73
upper pay range £35571-£38250
Lower =£65.14, higher = £70.05
